Competition on the choice of an independent organization to conduct an assessment of the corporate governance system in 2018

JSCB “Ipoteka-Bank” announces a competition for the selection of an independent organization to conduct an assessment of the corporate governance system in 2018.

Organizations defined by the Corporate Governance Code, approved by the Commission’s protocol on improving the efficiency of joint stock companies and improving the corporate governance system No. 9 of December 31, 2015, are invited to participate in the competition.

Bid must contain the following documents.:

• statement;
• the proposal of the participant of the competition with an indication of the timing, the preliminary cost of the assessment of the corporate governance system, as well as other relevant information;
• copies of the state registration certificate, relevant licenses, qualification certificates and certificates for employees;
• draft contract (terms and conditions of the assessment, the size and terms of payment).

The deadline for submission of proposals for participation in the competition is until March 29, 2019.

The winner of the competition is the participant who offered the most favorable conditions for the bank.
