35 Microloans on Us
Each week, the Bank selects two winners and repays the outstanding principal on their microloans. Accrued interest remains payable by the customer.
The promotion runs from August 17 to December 28, 2026. Eligible loans are new microloans ranging from 8,000,000 to 50,000,000 sum, taken out through Ipoteka Mobile from August 17 through December 13, inclusive. Each loan is entered into its respective weekly drawing—provided it has not been fully repaid by that date. Microloans taken out on or after December 14 are not eligible for the promotion.
Prize Draw Dates and Results
The first prize draw will take place on 7 September. The results of each draw will be published here, in the app and on the Bank’s social media channels.
Three Steps to Enter
There is no need to submit a separate entry. The Bank automatically identifies all loan agreements that meet the promotion criteria and includes them in the next eligible prize draw.

Apply through Ipoteka Mobile
This is the Bank’s new mobile app. Loans issued at a branch or through the previous mobile app are not eligible for the promotion.

Choose Your Loan Amount
From UZS 8,000,000 to UZS 50,000,000 inclusive. The loan amount does not affect your chances of winning.

The loan has not been repaid by the drawing date
Contracts in which the loan has not been fully repaid by the end of the qualification period for that week are eligible for the drawing. By that point, the contract must not have any delinquencies, penalties, or requests from the bank for early repayment.
Microloans in Ipoteka Mobile
The promotion does not change the terms of the microloan. The exact terms are determined individually and displayed in the app before you accept the offer.
From Application to the Winning Notification
A loan is eligible if it has not been fully repaid by the end of its qualifying week—23:59 on the day before the drawing. There must be no overdue balances on the loan agreement, nor any other violations of the promotion terms. A customer can win only once—after winning, all of their loan agreements are excluded from further participation.
We Compile the Eligible Entry List During the Week
The Bank automatically identifies loan agreements that meet the promotion criteria.
We Select the Winners Once a Week
Starting from 7 September, an online random selection service will select two eligible loan agreement numbers.
We Notify the Winners Immediately After the Draw
Winners will be notified by phone, SMS or push notification in Ipoteka Mobile.
We Repay the Principal Within Seven Business Days
The bank repays the principal amount under the winning contract as of the end of the qualification period—that is, on the date the list of participants in the drawing is finalized. The customer is responsible for paying any accrued interest.
Rules and Restrictions
Before taking out a microloan, please check whether your loan agreement will meet the promotion criteria.
The Following Are Not Eligible:

Microloans issued before 17 August 2026

Microloans issued on or after December 14, 2026

Loans issued through a Bank branch or the previous mobile app rather than through the new Ipoteka Mobile app

Loans of less than UZS 8,000,000 or more than UZS 50,000,000

Agreements under which the microloan is fully repaid before the end of the qualification period for that week

Loan agreements that have already been included in a prize draw, regardless of the result

Once a customer has been declared a winner, all of their loan agreements are excluded from subsequent prize draws

Organiser and Promotion Period
The promotion is organised by Ipoteka Bank JSCMB, part of OTP Group. It runs from 17 August to 31 December 2026 and is intended to promote the Microloan product and the Bank’s mobile app.
Who Can Participate
This offer applies to new microloans ranging from 8,000,000 to 50,000,000 sum, applied for through the Ipoteka Mobile app and not fully repaid within the first 14 calendar days.
How Winners Are Selected
Every week, the online random number generator selects the numbers of two loan agreements from among those that meet the promotion's criteria.
The Prize and How It Is Awarded
The bank repays the principal amount under each winning bidder’s contract within 7 business days. The customer is responsible for paying any accrued interest.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or terminate the promotion by posting information on its official website no later than 3 days before the changes take effect.
The Bank Will Repay the Outstanding Principal
The Bank will contact winners directly by phone, SMS or push notification in Ipoteka Mobile.Bank employees will never ask for SMS verification codes, your PIN or full card details, nor will they ask you to transfer money to claim a prize.
