OTP Group has released its Integrated Annual Report for 2025, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Ipoteka bank, as a subsidiary of the Group, contributed to the preparation of the report by providing disclosures on its activities within OTP Group’s consolidated reporting framework.
The Integrated Report presents the Group’s financial and non-financial performance, as well as key achievements and approaches in the areas of sustainable development, corporate governance, and ESG risk management.
The report covers a wide range of topics, including sustainable finance, climate and environmental risk management, human capital development, cybersecurity, data protection, financial literacy, inclusive access to banking services, and corporate governance.
The publication of the report reaffirms OTP Group’s and Ipoteka bank’s consistent commitment to transparency, responsible banking, and sustainable development.
