Elyor Inomjonov holds bachelor degree from Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, Master’s from Tashkent State University of Economics, Higher Business School under the Academy of State and Community Development under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Hitotsubashi University of Japan in the field of Accounting and audit, banking and finance, State finance management. 

He obtained huge working experiences on retail, foreign affairs, credit monitoring and managing while working in National bank of foreign economic activity, Collection Union of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Head Office of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent city and the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

From 2016-2018 he covered the position of Head of Foreign affairs division and Head of the Corporate Banking and Market Instruments Management Block.

From 2019 and until becoming Chairman of the Management Board in June 2021, he served as the first Deputy chairman of the Board of JSCMB Ipoteka bank and Head of Head of Corporate Banking and Market Instruments Block.

Jamshid Khayrullaev received a degree from Tashkent State Technical University and got a MBA in Japan International University.

He began his career from UzDEU Bank in Treasury department and continued in Karana Corporation - Uzbek-American Academy and JSC Aloqabank.

At JSC KDB bank Uzbekistan he has held various leading positions within Controlling, Treasury, Foreign affairs and Loan department between 2009 and 2020.

From 2020 and until June 2023, he served at JSCMB Ipoteka bank as Director of the Treasury Department of the Corporate Banking and Market Instruments Block.

Viktor Vorobej acquired a degree from the Pazmany Peter Catholic University, Faculty of Law, in Budapest, Hungary.

From 2004-2007 he worked in Law Offices and in 2007 he joined OTP Bank Budapest, at the beginning as Special Handling Manager and later as Special Handling Expert, taking part in bank acquisition due diligence and subsidiary integration processes.

From 2010-2017 he covered the position of Director of Collection and Work out Directorate in OTP Bank Ukraine.

From 2017 and until joining Ipoteka bank OTP Group in June 2023, he held the position of Chief Risk Officer in CKB, Montenegro, Executive Director for Risk Management Division

Viktor is fluent in Hungarian, Russian, English and Ukranian.

Adam Szentpeteri holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Information Management from the Corvinus University of Economic Sciences, a Doctor of Law (LLM) degree from the ELTE University of Sciences, and a PhD in Economics degree from the Central European University (CEU).

Before joining OTP Group in 2005, Mr Szentpeteri was pursuing an academic career for ten years teaching Econometrics, Operations Research, Law and Economics and Business Law among others at the universities of CEU, Corvinus and ELTE, respectively.

At OTP Group Mr Szentpeteri has held various leading positions within Finance, Controlling, Strategy and the Retail Division.

He was a Member of the Supervisory Board of OTP Bank Ukraine between 2012 and 2018 and a Member of the Board of Directors of OTP Bank Russia between 2018 and 2022.

From 2022 and until joining Ipoteka bank OTP Group, he served at OTP Bank Albania as Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Management Board.

Dmitry Sapronov acquired a degree from the Zhukovsky Air Force Engineering Academy in 2000 in the faculty of engineering and MBA in Banking and Management from Finance Academy under the Government of Russia in 2007, after he studied in Executive program of INSEAD Business School in 2014.

Before joining OTP, Mr.Sapronov was worked as Head of Products, Retail Business Department at ROSBANK, Society General Group  between 2001-2007, Head of Products Development and Pricing at Home Credit & Finance Bank, PPF Group between 2007-2009 and Deputy Head of Marketing at SBERBANK till 2010.

Between 2010 and 2014, at OTP Group in Moscow he has held Deputy Head of Retail Division and Director of Retail Products Development and Cross-Sell Directorate. After he worked as Deputy CEO and  Products and Marketing Director at Bank "Poidem!"

From 2017 and until joining Ipoteka bank OTP Group, he held the position Product and Business Development Center Director in VPBank SMBC Finance Company Limited (FE CREDIT brand) in Vietnam.

Umidjon Khakimov was born in 1971. In 1994, he received a bachelor's degree from the First Tashkent State Medical Institute, awarded with the Red Flag of Labor, and a master's degree from the specialized higher business school of Tashkent State University in 1997. He also studied at the Tashkent State University of Economics in 2002, and at the London Business School in 2011.

During 1993-1999, he worked in the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the United Nations Organization of Uzbekistan.

He started his career in banking in 1999 at "Ipak yuli" joint-stock innovation commercial bank and in 1999-2006 he was worked effectively in various positions in the fields of financing of investment projects, microcredit, lending, securities and money market, marketing and customer policy, marketing and international financial institutions.

In 2006-2008, he worked as a Business Development Manager and Deputy Chairman of the Board - Head of Corporate Management at ABN AMRO BANK NB Uzbekistan JSC.

 In 2011-2021, he worked as the first Deputy Chairman of the Board of directors of the private open joint-stock commercial bank "ASIA ALLIANCE BANK", and later as the first Deputy Chairman of the Board.

 From 2021 to 2023, he worked as the Chairman of the Board of the joint-stock commercial bank "ASIA ALLIANCE BANK".

 Since December 2023, he has been working in the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Ipotekabank OTP Group - Head of the Corporate Banking and Market Instruments Block.

Nodirbek Rakhbarov obtained his degree from Tashkent State Agrarian University and Master's degree from the Academy of Banking and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and State and Society Building Academy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the sphere of accounting, audit, banking and state and society building.  

From 2001-2013 he worked in JSC Tadbirkorbank, the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and OJSCB Agrobank, JSCMB Ipoteka bank at the beginning as a specialist and later as head of unit and division, taking part in the processes of accounting, investment and maintenance of credit organizations.

From 2016 to 2020, he worked as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Uzbekozigokatzakhira" association.

From 2020 he served as Deputy Chairman of JSCMB Ipoteka bank.

Makhmud Abdurakhmanov acquired a degree from Tashkent State University and Master’s degree from State and Society Building Academy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the faculty of International economic relations.

He began his career in banking from 1998 at the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and covered different positions within formation of capital, bank licensing, controlling, monitoring and legalization.

From 2016 he served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCMB Ipoteka bank and Head of IT and Operational Block.
