Client managers in regional branches (For Tashkent, Olmalyk, Jizzakh, Bukhara, Samarkand, Kashkadarya, Kharezm regional branches)

Requirements for candidates:

• higher economic education;

• at least 3 years of experience in the banking sector and at least 2 years of experience in structuring customer credit transactions;

• knowledge of laws and regulations relating to banking activities;

• knowledge of the analysis of the financial and economic activities of enterprises, including the analysis of accounting / financial statements;

• fluency in Russian and Uzbek, English is a plus;

• qualities of a leader, creative approach to work, creative thinking, ability to work in a team

Responsibilities:

• Accompanying corporate clients;

• Identification of new relationships/opportunities to attract new corporate clients;

• Deep understanding of banking products and services, increasing the efficiency of selling banking products to corporate clients;

Providing a loan:

- Loan initiation, loan application preparation, underwriting, loan approval, loan documentation, loan issuance, loan monitoring;

• Systematic updating of the client's profile, according to the requirements of the KYC process;

• Formation of reports on the meetings held and on the held telephone conversations with corporate clients;

• Creation and execution of presentations about banking products for corporate clients;

• Preparation of the necessary information for holding meetings with corporate clients to identify the needs of clients in order to formulate proposals aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and increasing the bank's profitability;

• Assistance in organizing and planning meetings with corporate clients;

• Maintaining correspondence with corporate clients;

• Correspondence with the Bank's branches (branch, Banking Services Center) to provide benefits to corporate clients;

• Collaboration with other departments of the bank to solve and eliminate emerging problems of corporate clients;

• Collecting from other divisions of the bank information about transactions of corporate clients;

• Studying the industries of corporate clients in order to identify new areas of cooperation with the client;

• Cooperation with the relevant employees of the bank's branches (branch, Banking Services Center) on issues of attracting and servicing corporate clients;

• Participation in banking initiatives to develop new products and optimize business processes;

• Identification of the strengths of competitor banks for the application and implementation of their experience in the bank
