Education and required experience
• Higher education
• Experience in the field of training and development of personnel for at least 3 years
• Experience in banking is a plus
Required knowledge
• User of MsOffice Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
• Possession of data analytics for the development of tables, reports and presentations, as well as knowledge of software;
• T&D certifications are welcomed;
• Knowledge of Russian and preferably English.
• Knowledge of the basic concepts of management, instructional design, adult development, assessment.

Main responsibilities
•Analysis of training needs for point of sale staff: identifying gaps in skills, ability to convert internal customer requests into training solutions;
• Development of training programs to ensure the sustainable skills of sales staff using all formats: digital solutions, on-the-job training, mentoring, gamification, social networks, classroom training;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of training in relation to business results;
• Development of teaching materials
• Development with business experts of the content of programs, tests;
• Formation of the institution of internal trainers, management of the processes of their selection, motivation, development of programs, improvement of their pedagogical skills;
• Assistance in the development and implementation of digital products.
