We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team who delivers exceptional results.

As the responsible person for digital marketing area in the bank, your main focus will be unlocking accelerated growth in online sales and performance marketing together with an agency and the internal product and process team of Ipoteka.

Responsibilities include:

· Manage the performance marketing activities through well established KPIs through agency,

· Set up new e-sales funnels, and continuously develop the conversions along the funnel,

· Analyze the existing funnel traffic and identify the goals to improve the conversions,

· Steer the agency relationship well, ensure the best performance to be delivered by the agency,

· Manage internal alignment and development of the e-sales funnel process with the stakeholders in the bank,

· Prepare funnel analysis by using analytical tools,

· Prepare and manage presentations related to e-sales funnel and digital marketing,

· Understand the products and processes related to the retail mobile banking application, drive digital sales related enhancements.

· Be responsible for the e-sales channel performance improvement within the bank.



· Naturally data-driven, comfortable with data analytics and deep user funnel analysis,

· Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills,

· Good negotiator and stakeholder management,

· Experience in managing projects,

· Digital marketing preferably performance marketing experience; solid knowledge and experience of Google ads and analytics.

· A positive mindset with a can-do attitude,

· Using English as working language (intermediate level as minimum).



· Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing, including familiarity with key frameworks,

· Experience working in bank/fintech or technology business.
