Key functions:
- Product and pricing development;
- Product implementation;
- Profitability analysis and all P&L drivers tracking;
- Sales channels and Network KPIs set up;
- Coordinate IT, Sales, Marketing, Risk and Finance for product development and launch, current products performance improvement;
- To present product’s project to top management and OTP HQ.
6-month key tasks:
- To implement profitability analysis for lending products;
- To review and adjust current product line;
- To increase sales of microloans by 50% and deposits by 30% through multiple channels;
