Key functions:                          

-         To manage branch Network and heads of branches;

-         Sales performance of the Bank;

-         KPIs set up and performance control on weekly basis;

-         Branch Network transformation;

-         Network assessment and support;

-         Communications with HQ on Network business issues.

6-month key tasks:

-         Establish strong management of branch Network;

-         To increase sales of key retail products by 30%;

-         To assess current and recruit new team for Network Department and in branches;

Network transformation (format, re-branding, re-location, staffing, processes, etc.).
