-         To set up and manage digital channel (mobile app, internet banking, 3P);

-         To lead banking technology team;

-         Digital channel owner (app, platform, sales, digital marketing, etc.).

6-month key tasks:

-         To re-start mobile app project:

o   Current app analysis and vendor review;

o   To lead mobile app performance improvement;

o   Based on gap analysis to improve app stability and key functions/features/services launch;

-         To set up digital banking function (with proper channels set up, KPIs, sales and P&L performance, digital marketing activities)
