In pursuance of the order of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the development and implementation of the regular rating of customer service quality in commercial banks, the Rating Agency "Ahbor-Reyting" developed a "Methodology for determining the individual rating of customer service quality of commercial banks."


In accordance with this Methodology and on the basis of the Agreement concluded with AKIB Ipoteka Bank "For the provision of services for the assignment of an individual rating of customer service quality by commercial banks", the Agency conducted research to determine the individual rating of customer service quality of AKIB Ipoteka Bank.

The research was carried out by anonymous visits to the Bank's branches, a questionnaire survey of customers and a detailed analysis of analytical materials received from the head office.

A visit to the Head office, branches, customer survey and conversation with employees of AKIB Ipoteka Bank and analysis of analytical materials confirmed that in General the Bank and its branches meet the modern requirements of the quality of banking services.

According to the results of the research, AKIB Ipoteka Bank scored 85 points and the management of the Bank was awarded the Rating Agency "Ahbor-reyting" certificate of June 12, 2019 on the assignment of the index "qA2", which means "High-Standard" rating of the Bank on the quality of customer service.
