A seminar training was organized in the field of compliance control

In order to support the effective implementation of OTP Group Sanction Policy and to ensure that the involved staff at JSCMB “Ipoteka-Bank” received the necessary training, OTP Head Quarter Compliance Directorate experts: Papa Petro - Senior Compliance Advisor, Sanctions and Embargoes Compliance Unit and Sik Barnabas - Senior Compliance Advisor, Compliance International Governance Unit visited JSCMB “Ipoteka-Bank” on December 11-15, 2023 and held trainings to the Management Board, Retail & SME Business Block units, Risk Block units, Corporate Banking & Market Instruments Block units, Operations Block units and Compliance area of the Bank.

The training for compliance specialists was conducted in a special way. In it, the Department was divided into several small groups and performed the task assigned to them in various difficult situations.

Also, a seminar was organized via zoom with the participation of the responsible employees of all branches.

At the same time, seminar trainings were organized for more than 100 specialists of the operational block and small business areas.
