Ipoteka Bank OTP Group, together with the career platform OSNOVA, has opened a new electronic library — Bilimxona — in the Kumushkon mahalla of the Parkent district.
The project aims to develop digital and professional skills among young people in the regions of Uzbekistan. The new center is equipped with modern computers that provide access to the Bilimxona platform, where everyone can study for free and receive certificates upon course completion.
The platform already has more than 2,700 users, offering courses in the following areas:
— Artificial intelligence and generative technologies;
— Design and digital tools (Figma, Tilda, Excel);
— Marketing, HR, and soft skills;
— Career guidance and professional development services.
Previously, Ipoteka Bank OTP Group opened similar centers in Jizzakh, as well as in two schools — in Nukus and Tashkent.

The Bilimxona project continues to grow, transforming the regions of the country into access points for knowledge and development.
