Sometimes the doctor's words heal

 Lola Saydalieva

founder of the private еnterprises "DIYORA CLINIC"

A woman is a pearl of love and kindness, a woman is a symbol of beauty and elegance. Women are people of action, active always and in everything. Their influence and position in society are incomparable. We can see the truth of these words in the example of Lola Saydalieva, who has achieved success in the field of entrepreneurship.

Sometimes a doctor's words can do wonders. Thanks to them, many despairing souls find hope. It must be recognized that there are many changes and successes in the field of medicine, reforms are being carried out by the leadership of our country. In particular, the reforms carried out in connection with measures to improve the primary level of the health care system and the formation of a healthy lifestyle among the population inspired Lola Saidalieva, a businesswoman with a medical education who promotes a healthy lifestyle for the population.

Our hero’s parents realized her interest in medicine in time and created all the conditions for her to become a qualified doctor. Lola Saydalieva began her work in 2007 at the Chirchik city multidisciplinary children's medical center. Thanks to her many years of experience, in 2014 Lola Saydalieva was appointed chief physician of this particular center. Our hero makes a special contribution to creating the necessary conditions for quality medical care for our people, strengthening the reproductive health of the population, protecting motherhood and childhood, and raising a healthy generation. 2018 was an unforgettable year for our hero. Her vision to create a medical center providing specialized clinical services to young children has been realized. In the center, renovated to modern advanced standards, city residents are provided with services by specialists in various fields of pediatric medicine.

And finally, on May 19, 2022, she founded the “DIYORA CLINIC” medical center, located in the Chirchik district of the Tashkent region. Initially, only 4 medical workers provided consultative and diagnostic services at the center, but today the center employs more than 15 medical workers.

Despite the fact that the clinic was created 5 months ago, along with advisory and diagnostic services to the population, vaccination services, surgical procedures are provided, and surgical operations are performed by highly qualified medical personnel.

Our hero, who works selflessly for the benefit of public health, has also established a 25-bed inpatient treatment service to ensure continuity of treatment for patients. Despite the sufficient number of medical personnel, the number of students continues to increase. Medical tests are carried out in the clinic’s laboratory using modern medical equipment.

Despite the fact that she is the only child in the family, she founded the first children's clinic in Chirchik and today she and her husband are raising three children. Although Lola Saydalieva does not have financial difficulties in her family, she wants to work and treat patients. Her family always supports her in this.

Although Lola Saydalieva is 43 years old, she has trained more than fifty students in the field of medicine. She did not expect that her daughter Diyora Saydalieva would follow her complex, labor-intensive, demanding and knowledge-intensive medical path; currently Diyora Saydalieva is a 2nd year student at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. Inspired by this situation, Lola Saydalieva decided to name her clinic “DIYORA CLINIC”.

The entrepreneur, who managed to open the Internet pages, gladly noted that she is a member of the BETAKROR business club, created within the framework of the “Women in Business in Central Asia” program of JSCMB “Ipoteka-Bank” and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and regularly uses its non-financial services.

To take advantage of the opportunities provided to entrepreneurs, Lola Saydalieva turned to the Chirchik branch of Ipoteka Bank for a soft loan, where she was provided with financial assistance, thanks to which the private enterprise “DIYORA CLINIC” was able to reach a new level of development.

If the clinic began its activities without medical and surgical equipment, then today, as a result of the allocation of a preferential loan in the amount of $103,500 by the Chirchik branch of JSCMB Ipoteka Bank, 9 units of medical and surgical equipment have been purchased.

Lola Saydalieva, who has reached this level in a short period of time through tireless research, study and work in order to gain a lot of experience and become a mature specialist in her profession, emphasizes that the motto of the clinic is: “Every patient must be cured.”

Working in this field is not easy for women entrepreneurs. But no obstacles can stop a woman who has set a goal for herself, says our hero.

In fact, the more we describe health care workers whose words heal, the less. After all, they deliver the sick not only with medicines, but also with words of support and warm love.

Ipoteka Bank is always ready to support its clients.
