Nargiza Saotova - head of the limited liability company "Conimex Eco",once ventured into the unusual field of entrepreneurship and has been successful in it till now. Nargiza studied at the medical college of the city of Shakhrisabz, in the Kashkadarya region, and began her career by working at the regional children's surgical medical center. After working there for some time, Nargiza decides that she needs to change her field of activity. In 2002, she was hired as a manager at Tissot Lux CJSC for salt production, where Nargiza gained valuable experience in running a business. All her life she dreamed of trying herself in entrepreneurship, and only in 2018 Nargiza Saotova managed to found her own business - Konimex Eco LLC.
Nargiza Saotova, together with her husband, raised two children, a son and a daughter, is currently helping the children raise their grandchildren, works on herself, tries to keep up with the younger generation, keeps up with the times, introduces innovations into her activities, and family support inspires her for further achievements.
Nargiza Saotova is 47 years old, she is one of the leaders in the field of extraction, processing and delivery of salt to the population, she has trained more than 20 students to further expand her business.
Opening a website is a requirement of the time, Nargiza has succeeded in this, since she is a member of the BETAKROR business club, established by JSCIB Ipoteka-Bank within the framework of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development “Women in Business in Central Asia” program, Nargiza also regularly uses non-financial services provided under this program.
In order to take advantage of the opportunities provided to entrepreneurs, Nargiza applied to the Kashkadarya branch of Mortgage Bank to allocate a soft loan to her company, as a result, Conimex Eco LLC was allocated a soft loan in the amount of 60,000 US dollars at the expense of the EBRD credit line, for which Nargiza was fixed assets for salt processing were purchased.
Nargiza Saotova considers the chosen direction of business unusual for women, despite this, she treats her business with special love, makes plans for the future and says: “There is no need to be afraid of mistakes, an entrepreneur grows from mistakes and gains experience.”
