Effective April 22: access to mobile banking apps and cards will be available only with a phone number registered in your name
Dear Clients,
Starting from April 22, changes will come into effect regarding the use of mobile banking applications and bank cards.
The phone number used for:
— registration in the mobile application
— linking a bank card
must be registered in the client’s name and correspond to their PINFL (Personal Identification Number of an Individual).
This means that the use of banking services via phone numbers registered to other individuals will be restricted.
Key information
If the phone number does not match your personal data:
— registration in the mobile application may be unavailable
— linking a bank card may be declined
— you will receive an SMS notification if a mismatch is detected
— after a specified period, access to services via such a number may be restricted
What you need to do
To continue using banking services without interruption, we recommend:
— ensuring that your phone number is registered in your name
— re-registering the number with your mobile operator if necessary
— or relinking the mobile application and your bank cards to your personal number
These changes are aimed at enhancing the security of your funds and protecting against fraud.
