Information disclosure - ensuring the availability of information on the securities market to interested persons, regardless of the purpose of obtaining this information in the forms that guarantee its finding and receipt (Article 3 of the Republic of Uzbekistan law «On the securities market»);
JSCMB "Ipoteka-Bank" as an issuer discloses information:

JSCMB «Ipoteka-Bank» discloses information to be mandatory disclosure in volumes, timing and methods defined by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Joint-Stock Companies and the Protection of Shareholders' Rank», «On the Securities Market», the rules for providing and publishing information on the securities market (Reg. №2383 of 07/31/2012) and other acts of legislation.

on the emergence of the preemptive right of a shareholder

We inform you that on July 12, 2021, an additional issue of shares of JSCMB "Ipoteka-Bank" under № P0775-20 passed state registration, in accordance with the minutes approved by the Supervisory Board of the bank № 29 dated June 15, 2021.
Within the framework of this issue, registered, uncertified, common shares will be placed at a par value of 1 UZS, with a total value of 122'364'762'032 UZS in the amount of 122'364'762'032 shares. The selling price of each share is 1 sum.
Shareholders - owners of voting shares have the preemptive right to acquire these shares in an amount proportional to the number of voting shares of the bank owned by them.
The period of validity of the application of the preemptive right is 10 days from the date of publication of this notice in the media.
After the expiration of the preemptive right, the shares of this issue will be placed by private subscription to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The list of shareholders with the preemptive right to purchase the bank's shares will be formed according to the roster of the bank's shareholders, formed as of June 15, 2021.
A shareholder has the right to fully or partially exercise his preemptive right by sending the bank an application in writing for the acquisition of shares convertible into voting shares, containing the name (title) and place of residence (location) of the shareholder, the number of shares acquired by him, and a document confirming payment. Such an application must be submitted to the bank within the validity period of the application of the preemptive right.
