Ipoteka Bank OTP Group and Murad Buildings sign agreement to launch mortgage program “Imkoniyat”
Ipoteka-bank, together with leading developer LLC Murad Buildings, announced the signing of a cooperation agreement aimed at developing mortgage lending and increasing access to housing in Uzbekistan’s primary real estate market.
The agreement provides for the launch of a joint mortgage program called “Imkoniyat,” which offers transparent and competitive housing purchase terms:
- interest rate — 20% per annum until cadastral registration, 18% afterward;
- down payment — from 20%;
- loan term — up to 20 years;
- maximum loan amount — 1,700,000,000 UZS.
The program applies to apartments in Murad Buildings projects in Tashkent:
- Soy boyi (Shaykhantahur district, Jurchoniy MFC, Y. Sakkokiy street, 3a)
- Regnum Plaza (Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Sairam street)
The signing of the agreement strengthens cooperation between the banking sector and development companies, contributing to the growth of long-term financing instruments and improving access to quality housing in the market.
