For Legal Entities:

Application;
Decision of the authorized body of the borrower on obtaining a loan. A copy of the borrower’s constituent documents with the latest amendments for verification of authority (license);
Financial statements submitted to the State Tax Authorities for the latest reporting period;
If the borrower has accounts and obligations with another credit organization (bank), a reference from that credit organization (bank) and account turnover statements shall be provided;
Copies of contracts (agreements) for the purchase of a vehicle financed by the loan;
Documents confirming the availability of trading or production premises intended for business activities;
Business plan (simplified);
Collateral documents.

For Individual Entrepreneurs:

Application;
Copy of the state registration certificate;
Copies of contracts (agreements) for the purchase of a vehicle financed by the loan;
Business plan (simplified);
If the borrower has accounts and obligations with other credit organizations (banks), a reference and account turnover statements from such credit organization (bank) shall be provided;
Collateral documents.
