November 28, 2025 — Ipoteka Bank OTP Group, in collaboration with HAMROH and ALPHA, has launched a series of business breakfasts aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs and executives in their efforts to grow and scale their projects. The event’s goal is to create a platform for sharing experiences, discussing current business and leadership challenges, and inspiring participants to overcome obstacles on the path to success.
The first meeting, which brought together over 50 women CEOs and entrepreneurs, became an important event for discussing strategies to overcome growth barriers and develop leadership skills. Panel discussions, lectures, and personal experience sessions helped participants learn best practices for scaling their businesses.
Venara Yerzina, HR Director of Ipoteka Bank OTP Group, delivered a lecture emphasizing the importance of developing leadership skills and their impact on business success. She noted that business scaling begins not with investments, but with the right mindset:
