Ipoteka Bank OTP Group Receives “Most Active Bank” Award at the Green and Affordable Housing International Forum

On November 27, 2025, Ipoteka Bank OTP Group was awarded the title of “Most Active Bank” at the Green and Affordable Housing International Forum, organized by Uzbekistan Mortgage Refinancing Company JSC (UzMRC) in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Central Bank, and the Asian Development Bank.
This award highlights Ipoteka Bank OTP Group’s systematic work in developing the mortgage market, implementing modern financial instruments, and creating products aligned with the strategic priorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Today, Ipoteka Bank OTP Group is a leader in the country’s mortgage market with a market share of 23%. Previously, the bank reported its profit and other financial results for the first nine months of 2025.
