Ipoteka Bank OTP Group is proud to announce the completion of a modern Mahalla Citizens’ Assembly building named “Kuyosh”. This initiative is part of the bank’s broader strategic efforts to support regional infrastructure development and empower local communities.
The new building stands as a true symbol of renewal and unity. Located in the Kuyosh mahalla, the center features a spacious five-room facility equipped to host citizen receptions, community discussions, and public events. The interior includes bright meeting rooms, dedicated spaces for women and youth, an office for administrative services, and a comfortable lounge area. The building is furnished with modern equipment, climate control systems, accessible facilities for people with limited mobility, and a landscaped, green outdoor area.
Mirqobil Mirsabitov, the Rais (leader) of the Kuyosh mahalla, expressed his gratitude:
“In the past, we held meetings in cramped conditions, which limited residents’ engagement. Now, we have a beautiful, spacious, and modern center that people want to visit. It is convenient for everyone — young people, seniors, families. This is our new home, a place where problems are solved, ideas are born, and unity grows stronger.
