The Junior Uzcard/Humo from Ipoteka Bank OTP Group is a modern card designed for children and teenagers aged 7 to 16. Under parental supervision, it becomes a child’s first step toward financial independence — helping them make purchases safely and learn responsible money management.
With the Junior Card, your child can pay for goods and services anywhere in Uzbekistan. For safety, the bank sets strict limits on transfers and withdrawals, while parents can track every transaction in real time through the Ipoteka Retail mobile app. Free SMS notifications are sent directly to the parent’s phone number — so you’re always in control.
Getting the card is simple: a parent or guardian only needs to visit any Ipoteka Bank OTP Group branch with their passport and the child’s birth certificate. The card is issued free of charge and is valid for 5 years.
