Bilimxona
Bilimxona is a joint project by Ipoteka bank OTP Group and OSNOVA, created to make modern education accessible to everyone in the country — without limitations or barriers.
Today, Bilimxona is a digital library of free online courses and a network of open learning spaces across the regions, where anyone can gain knowledge, skills, and new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Mobile Doctor
Mobile Doctor is a social initiative by Ipoteka bank OTP Group aimed at supporting the healthcare system and improving access to emergency medical services.
As part of the initiative, the bank donated 10 new BYD Seagull vehicles to the Republican Emergency Medical Center. These vehicles enhance the mobility of medical teams and enable faster response to emergency calls — especially in critical situations and remote areas of the country.
The project has become a strong example of effective public–private partnership and opens new opportunities for improving the quality of medical services.
Support for the Mother and Child Medical Center
Ipoteka bank OTP Group has provided significant support to the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Mother and Child by fully renovating its admission department. The updated space is now more modern, comfortable, and accessible for patients and their families. New cash desks and ATMs of Ipoteka bank have been installed in the admission area, greatly simplifying financial transactions, reducing waiting times, and improving the overall visitor experience.
This initiative is an important example of cooperation between the bank and a medical institution, aimed at enhancing the quality of healthcare services and creating a more caring environment for patients.
