We would like to inform you that, starting from January 5, 2026, the following changes will be introduced to the standard tariffs for corporate clients of Ipoteka Bank OTP Group:

Item 44.2:
The bank commission charged to clients for mobile NFC transactions made with «UZCARD» bank cards via commercial POS terminals will be 1%.

Item 46.2:
The bank commission charged to clients for mobile NFC transactions made with «UZCARD» bank cards via SoftPOS (MARTA) terminals will be 1%.

Item 48.2:
For the bank commission charged to clients for transactions made with international «Visa» and «MasterCard» bank cards issued by banks of Uzbekistan via commercial POS terminals, the withholding percentage from the cardholder for «MasterCard» cards will be increased to 2%.

Item 48.4:
For the bank commission charged to clients for transactions made with international «Visa» and «MasterCard» bank cards issued by foreign banks via SoftPOS (MARTA) terminals, the withholding percentage from the cardholder will be increased to 1.7% for «Visa» cards and 2.1% for «MasterCard» cards.
