JSCMB “Ipoteka-Bank” increased its authorized capital by 844.6 billion soums.

On December 25, 2023, JSCMB “Ipoteka-bank” placed the 21st additional issue of shares in the amount of 844.6 billion soums. After placement of the issue, the authorized capital of the bank amounted to 3,834.2 billion soums.
The decision on the additional issue of shares was registered with the National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 12, 2023, under number P0775-21.
In accordance with the terms of the issue, the shares were placed with OTP Bank Nyrt.
The latest placement of shares was carried out in the amount of 122.4 billion soums in accordance with the Decision on the additional issue of shares dated July 12, 2021, № P0775-20.
