• Visit any Ipoteka Bank OTP Group branch with your passport and sign the agreement.
• Or apply online at ipotekabank.uz or via the Ipoteka Retail mobile app. Your card will be activated and ready to use immediately.

Card Types and Fees

• Salary, pension, benefit, and scholarship cards: issuance and renewal — free of charge.
• Personal debit cards: issuance or reissue — UZS 30,000.
• Transfers: between Ipoteka Bank OTP Group cards — free.
• Cash withdrawals: 1% commission of the withdrawn amount.
• Validity period: 5 years.
