From August 03, 2026, changes to the Bank's Retail Tariffs come into force on the following points:
Escrow Accounts
- Opening an escrow account for real estate transactions — 50% BCV
- Opening an escrow account for vehicle transactions — 25% BCV
- For transactions financed by an Ipoteka Bank loan — free of charge
- For transactions financed by loans from other banks:
- real estate — 50% BCV
- vehicles — 25% BCV
- Escrow account funding and maintenance — free of charge
- Transfer of funds to the seller from the escrow account — free of charge
- Cash withdrawal by the seller — 1% of the withdrawal amount
- Refund to the buyer:
- non-cash refund — free of charge
- cash refund — 1%
Transfers
- QR code money transfers — free of charge (merchant fee — 0.65%)
- Money transfers by phone number — 0.5%
