Ipoteka bank OTP Group is expanding access to mortgage financing by introducing a more flexible approach to assessing clients’ repayment capacity. From now on, under all of the Bank’s mortgage products for the primary housing market, all sources of a client’s income may be taken into account, including official, additional, and even informal income.
The new opportunities are particularly relevant for self-employed individuals, entrepreneurs, and clients whose income is generated from multiple sources. When reviewing an application, the Bank may consider income from formal employment, self-employment, entrepreneurial activities, and other regular sources of revenue. At the same time, the presence of an official salary does not limit the possibility of taking a client’s additional income into account.
Depending on the selected mortgage program, the annual interest rate ranges from 0% to 23%, the down payment ranges from 15% to 26%, the loan term is available for up to 20 years, and the maximum loan amount can reach UZS 1.7 billion. Specific terms are determined based on the selected mortgage product, the region, and the results of the individual application assessment.
The new conditions are available to clients across all regions of Uzbekistan, expanding homeownership opportunities regardless of where they live.
Income is assessed based on information provided by the client in the application, as well as data from open sources that help verify the client’s ability to obtain financing for the desired property.
At the same time, a more flexible approach to income assessment does not guarantee mortgage approval. Each application is reviewed individually, taking into account the client’s repayment capacity and the requirements of the respective mortgage program.
Detailed information on mortgage products, borrower requirements, and the list of required documents is available at Ipoteka bank OTP Group branches. Clients can also submit a mortgage application online.
