Ipoteka bank OTP Group and MDIS Tashkent to Expand Opportunities for Students and Graduates

Ipoteka bank OTP Group and the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent (MDIS Tashkent) have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at creating new opportunities for students and graduates interested in building a career in the banking sector.

The memorandum was signed on behalf of Ipoteka bank OTP Group by Chief HR Officer Venera Erzina and on behalf of MDIS Tashkent by Shahnoza Atabekovna Karimova, Vice-Rector for Marketing and Corporate Relations.

The partnership will create additional opportunities for students and graduates, including exposure to the banking industry, practical work experience, and the development of professional skills that are highly valued in today’s job market.

The signing of the memorandum is part of Ipoteka bank OTP Group’s ongoing efforts to support education and invest in the development of future professionals. Earlier, the bank launched the Career Path internship program, which helps students gain their first professional experience and learn more about careers in the financial sector.
