Ipoteka bank OTP Group and O’zshahar Qurilish Invest launch 0% installment plan for apartments in Yangi Toshkent

Ipoteka bank OTP Group and O’zshahar Qurilish Invest have signed an agreement to launch a new product in the primary real estate market — a 0% installment plan for purchasing housing for up to 5 years.

The first project under the program will be the Kelajak Residence residential complex, located in the territory of the new city Yangi Toshkent.

Under the terms of the program, buyers can receive financing of up to 1.3 billion UZS with an initial payment starting from 20%. The remaining amount can be paid in equal installments over the repayment period — with no interest and no hidden fees.

The new product is aimed at increasing the affordability of housing in new developments and creating more convenient conditions for clients planning to purchase an apartment in a modern residential complex.

“Together with O’zshahar Qurilish Invest, we are launching a transparent and convenient solution for purchasing housing.
