The card can be obtained at a branch in approximately five minutes and linked to Ipoteka Mobile immediately. This streamlines the customer journey from receiving a card to managing everyday finances.
TASHKENT, OCTOBER 7, 2026. Ipoteka bank OTP Group has launched Uzcard Moment, a card on the Uzcard payment system that customers can apply for, receive, and activate in a single visit to a bank branch. There is no need to wait for the card to be produced or visit the bank again — it is ready to use as soon as it is issued.
Uzcard Moment complements Ipoteka bank OTP Group’s services for everyday banking. Customers can collect their card at a branch, link it to Ipoteka Mobile, and access essential banking services through the app. A passport or national ID card is sufficient to apply for Uzcard Moment. Once issued and activated, the card can be used immediately to pay for goods and services and withdraw cash. Through Ipoteka Mobile, customers can also make transfers and payments, use QR services, manage their cards and accounts, and apply for other banking products.
Since September, Ipoteka bank OTP Group has been developing its new Ipoteka Mobile app, which has become one of the bank’s key digital channels for customer engagement. In its first month, the app was downloaded more than 340,000 times, and the number of active users reached 241,000. The high level of active usage indicates that the app has quickly become part of customers’ everyday financial routines.

Being able to obtain a card quickly and then manage finances through Ipoteka Mobile is a simple yet important example of how we are improving the customer experience and making banking more convenient,” said Dmitry Sapronov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Ipoteka bank OTP Group.
The cardholder’s first and last name are not printed on Uzcard Moment; however, the card is linked to the customer in the bank’s system. In terms of functionality, it is no different from a standard Uzcard card: customers can use it to pay for purchases, make transfers, withdraw cash, and pay for public transport through the ATTO system.
Until November 30, 2026, issuance of Uzcard Moment cards for individuals is free of charge. The card is available at all Ipoteka bank OTP Group branches.
The time required to issue and activate the card may vary depending on the number of customers at the branch.
