Ipoteka Bank is launching a new card — Uzcard Moment. It is a Uzcard payment system card that customers no longer need to wait for: the card is issued immediately during a visit to a bank branch.
How does it work?
Normally, issuing a bank card takes some time, as the physical card is produced for a specific customer and can only be collected once it is ready. Uzcard Moment works differently: the Bank prepares a batch of cards in advance. When you visit a branch with your passport, a Bank employee links the card to your profile and activates it — and within just 5 minutes, the card is ready to use. No waiting or repeat visits are required.
For this reason, the cardholder’s first and last name are not printed on the front of the card. However, this does not make the card anonymous: once linked, the card is fully personalized in the Bank’s system and mobile application in your name, just like a standard personalized card.
Cost
Uzcard Moment card issuance for individuals is free of charge until November 30, 2026.
How is it different from a regular Uzcard card?
In terms of functionality, there is no difference. Uzcard Moment supports:

cashless payments for goods and services;

money transfers, including free transfers between Ipoteka Bank cards;

cash withdrawals from the Bank’s ATMs and cash desks;

fare payments as an ATTO transport card;
-
connection to the Ipoteka Bank mobile application.
Where can you get the card?
Starting from August 21, Uzcard Moment will be available at the Ipoteka Bank branch in the Almazar district of Tashkent.

The Bank plans to gradually expand the availability of Uzcard Moment to additional locations.
