DEAR HEADS OF APPRAISAL COMPANIES,
In order to provide additional convenience to the clients of JSCMB “IPOTEKA-BANK”, as well as to ensure objective, reliable, and market-compliant valuation of assets pledged as collateral, the Bank places particular emphasis on establishing cooperation with professional, experienced, and reputable appraisal companies.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that the Bank is open to cooperation with appraisal companies operating in the field of collateral valuation and interested in providing relevant valuation services to the Bank.
Appraisal companies wishing to establish cooperation with the Bank may submit the following documents at any time:
- Commercial Proposal;
- Certificate of State Registration of the Company;
- Certificate of Membership in a Professional Appraisers’ Association;
- Valid Professional Liability Insurance Policy;
- Information on the Company’s Employees;
- Qualification Certificates of Appraisers;
- Letter of Guarantee.
The submitted documents will be reviewed in accordance with the Bank’s established procedures. Subject to compliance with the applicable requirements, the appraisal company will be included in the Bank’s list of approved partner appraisal companies.
The acceptance of documents is carried out on a continuous basis.
Accordingly, appraisal companies interested in establishing cooperation with JSCMB “IPOTEKA-BANK” may submit the above-mentioned package of documents to the Bank’s Head Office, send them to the postal addresses specified below, and provide a formal letter expressing their intention to cooperate with the Bank.
