Once the vehicle has been registered with the relevant state authorities, it must be pledged as collateral in favor of the Bank within 10 days. This requirement is stipulated in Clauses 5.1.2 and 7.2.8 of the auto loan agreement.
If you have not yet completed the collateral registration, please visit the branch where your auto loan was issued. Our employees will help you complete the process and advise you on the required documents.
If a penalty has already been charged and deducted due to the late registration of the collateral, the deducted amount will be refunded once the vehicle has been pledged in favor of the Bank.
We therefore recommend visiting the Bank and completing the collateral registration as soon as possible.
