WIUT Students to Gain Practical Experience in Banking

New opportunities for students, joint educational initiatives, and the exchange of practical expertise will form the foundation of cooperation between Ipoteka bank OTP Group and Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT).

The corresponding memorandum was signed by Venera Yerzina, Chief HR Officer of Ipoteka bank OTP Group, and Nizomjon Kadirov, Vice-Rector of WIUT.

Today, employers and universities are increasingly working together to bridge the gap between education and future careers. The partnership between Ipoteka bank OTP Group and WIUT marks another step in this direction, creating more opportunities for knowledge sharing, hands-on experience, and professional development.

Supporting educational initiatives remains an important part of the bank’s activities. One such project is Bilimxona, a library established to make knowledge and educational resources more accessible.
