Earlier, we reported on a customer complaint published in the “Narodny Kontrol” (“People’s Control”) group regarding the insurance of a vehicle purchased under an auto loan.
The Bank has completed its review of the situation. Following the assessment, the necessary internal measures were taken, and control over how customers are informed when taking out auto loans has been strengthened.
We would like to remind customers that when applying for a loan, they may choose an insurance company, receive a copy of the insurance agreement, and obtain clarification regarding its terms and conditions.
